Carlos started his career in the roofing business nearly 25 years ago. It started in sales and quickly moved into the production aspect of the industry. Working hand in hand with the crews, ordering materials, and scheduling had become his forte. After spending so much time helping others grow their business, God decided it was time for him to grow his. In late 2010, Carlos started Continental Construction & Consulting, LLC and also formed Continental Roof Company, LLC…the name, a throwback reference to the 1st Continental Army that formed from a bunch of ragtag colonists into the strongest army the world has ever seen. Through our success, we’ve been blessed to be able to provide free-roofs through Project Parasol, the philanthropic arm of our organization. Working with organizations such as; The Dragonfly Foundation, Both Butler County and Clermont County’s Board of Developmental Disabilities we’ve repaired the homes of many of our disabled and deserving neighbors. His daughter is a student at CHCA and his wife is on staff at a local financial firm. “I pride myself in the work we do, my team, that makes that happen and the enthusiasm with which we do it.”
Eric has seven years of roofing experience, two of those have been with Continental. His favorite part of a job well done is a happy customer.
